About the role:
As a Guided Surgery Services Coordinator for the Italian market, you will serve as the primary liaison to referring dentists, managing all aspects of Level I and II treatment planning. Responsibilities include evaluating CBCT scans, developing treatment plans for a range of case complexities, and presenting viable options in virtual consultations.
You will also provide technical support, product demonstrations, and installation assistance for the ZimVie Digital Dentistry portfolio, including guided surgery software, CAD tools, 3D printing, and integration with centralized production workflows and existing customer systems.
The position is based in Barcelona.
What you’ll be doing:
- Use treatment planning software to efficiently create implant treatment plans.
- Present and provide treatment planning options directly to dentists to ensure restorative based treatment plans utilizing the patient’s current anatomy (remotely in a virtual setting).
- Field incoming technical support queries from customers in dedicated markets (based on language competencies).
- Act as an intermediary between our customers and second level support (3rd party equipment manufacturers or centralized production facility) to solve more complex technical problems.
- Remotely assist and support with the installations and training of software and hardware.
- Initiate and follow up with customers and colleagues on any training related issues that arise with regards to installations, ongoing technical use and updates to the system software.
- Ensure new technologies and processes are adapted to current systems effectively and have the capacity to assimilate expert product knowledge and the ability to transfer that knowledge to customers.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of procedures that involve the use of any products and technologies in digital dentistry.
- Assist, from time to time as necessary, with digital workflow tech support queries.
What you’ll need:
- Dentist, lab technician or dental assistant, with experience assisting with dental implant surgery or dental implant restorative experience.
- Any combination of assisting with dental implant surgery or dental implant restorative experience.
- IT and dental CAD/CAM affinity would be a plus as would experience with any Guided Surgery Planning Software.
- Fluency in English and Italian; other European language will be a plus.
- Strong communicator and able to engage and converse clearly with customers remotely.
- Possess a passion to serve others and exhibit a service-oriented disposition.
- Possess excellent customer service skills on the phone, in person, and through email.
- Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.
