About the role:

Administrative tasks to help the Accounts Payable department to ensure accurate vendor invoices booking and payment on time, according with company requirements, respecting all related Compliance policies and granting adequate level of internal controls.

 

What you’ll be doing:

1. Administrative tasks such as vendor master data creation or updates.

2. Accounting of vendor invoices, avoiding incorrectness and reclassifications that could affect the accounting quality that the company reflects in its books.

3. Payment of supplier invoices, according to the agreed and approved due date as well as with the supporting documentation required by company policies

4. Assist the accounts payable department with specific tasks.

 

What you’ll need:

  • At least, 1 year of experience in accounting departments or similar position.
  • General Accounting studies (Bachelor desirable)
  • Knowledge of at least one operating system (preferably Oracle)
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Familiar with the work in an administrative department.
  • Stress resistant.
  • Organized.
  • Spanish. Other language is a plus.
