About the role:
Administrative tasks to help Accounts receivable department to achieve the best DSO in strict consideration of the company´s credit policy to assure the highest possible cash income for the company and a minimum risk of losses.
What you’ll be doing:
- Administrative tasks such as perform customer master data updates, collections allocation, invoice corrections and credit memos.
- Unallocated Cash and Short pays, credit notes and credit balances clean up down to the minimum, to make sure the customer account reflects the correct debt of the customer, which is a basic necessity for later collection.
- Attend customers by phone and e-mail for all account receivable related questions and provide the requested information, e.g., invoice copies, manual account statements, account analysis, payment advice, to give the customer transparency to his account.
- Assist the accounts receivable department with specific tasks.
What you’ll need:
- At least, 1 year of experience in accounting departments or similar position.
- Bachelor desirable.
- Knowledge of at least one operating system (preferably Oracle)
- Good Excel skills.
- Familiar with the work in an administrative department.
- Customer focused.
- Stress resistant.
- Detail-oriented.
- Communication skills.
- Spanish. Other language is a plus.
