Temporary Complaints Coordinator EMEA (M/F/D)

About the role:
- Works in the Regulatory reporting group within Complaints Handling of quality & Regulatory Affairs department and interacts with different other groups and departments, including but not being limited to the regulatory compliance group, and the departments of Sales and Customer Service
- Is compliant with processes and in line with corporate processes, standards and applicable international legislation
- Supports process improvement projects in line with corporate excellence programs and group objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Organize complaint handling activities for all European subsidiaries/Distributors in order to ensure the correct timing is observed, the accuracy of information and to detect reportable cases.
- Forward complaint information for product replacement or credit to Customer Service Department.
- Receive complaint products and perform a correct triage.
- Organize international shipments for investigation.
- Provide complaints reports upon Managing Director, Sales Rep, Customer Service or Customer request.
- Respond to calls and emails.
What you’ll need:
- Commercial apprenticeship, education as Dental assistant or any other administrative degree
- MS Office
- Good communication and writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Good time management and organization skills
- English and Spanish: advanced level. Written and fluent in French would be a plus
- Experience is a plus
