The Financial Systems BI Manager serves as the primary administrator and functional owner of OneStream and Power BI for the Finance and Accounting organization. This role blends technical system expertise with strong financial acumen to support consolidation, reporting, planning, and analytics across the enterprise. The Manager will oversee core financial systems, lead enhancements, and ensure data accuracy and visibility that support operational and long‑term objectives.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary system administrator and functional expert for OneStream, managing metadata, workflows, business rules and integrations, and developing cube views and dashboards.
• Manage the design, development, and optimization of Power BI datasets, data models, dashboards, and paginated reports for Finance and Accounting.
• Partner with regional and functional finance teams to address reporting, planning, and financial systems challenges.
• Support analytical initiatives by providing structured data, performance dashboards, and self‑service reporting tools.
• Assist with the period‑end close and forecast cycles within OneStream, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain automation and process improvements that enhance consolidation, forecasting, and reporting efficiency.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance for financial reporting systems and analytics environments.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and leadership to enhance visibility into business results through standardized reporting and KPI development.

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities)
• Ability to work independently in a timely and accurate manner with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial concepts including consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, including cost accounting, revenue recognition, and operational finance.
• Excellent understanding of financial systems within a global organization, including foreign exchange, intercompany activity, and multi‑currency reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of OneStream, including metadata management, workflows, business rules, cube views, and reporting.
• Ability to effectively use standard desktop software (Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis tools) as well as integrated ERP and EPM systems.
• Must be flexible, able to multi‑task, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to identify issues, determine root causes, and drive resolutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Must be willing to train, mentor, and develop other financial system users.
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and understand cultural differences within a global organization.
Education/Experience Requirements
• B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in financial systems, corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting.
• Hands‑on experience administering OneStream or comparable EPM platforms (Hyperion, Tagetik, SAP BPC).
• Experience developing enterprise Power BI solutions required.
• Experience working within global financial systems and multi‑currency environments preferred.
• Will consider other commensurate education and experience.
