About the role:

Lead the sales efforts for ZimVie Surgical, Restorative, Regenerative, and Digital Solutions across Belgium, utilizing effective sales strategies to engage dental clinicians and technicians, ensuring compliance with company standards and maximizing sales and distribution of ZimVie products and services. Potentially overseeing the Benelux team.

 

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the transition from the current distributor to the local legal entity and execute sales plans to ensure the company's objectives are met.
  • Direct the sales of ZimVie solutions through compelling presentations to dental professionals, focusing on achieving company key performance indicators.
  • Champion ZimVie’s digital workflow, promoting seamless collaboration between dental practitioners and lab technicians.
  • Strategically schedule meetings and visits to dental practices, hospitals, corporate groups, and dental laboratories to enhance brand awareness, nurture customer relationships, and meet sales targets.
  • Spearhead proactive prospecting efforts to expand the customer base and establish partnerships with leading universities for training and education initiatives.
  • Study behavior of competitors, employees and products to make the necessary corrections
  • Deliver expert product support and training to ensure optimal product usage among dental professionals, fostering brand loyalty and clinical excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing support team in France to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and leverage resources effectively.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Coordinate participation in exhibitions, local meetings, and company events to generate leads and increase ZimVie exposure.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting of customer visits, leads, and expenses in compliance with company protocols.
  • Potentially lead the sales team in the Benelux area to optimize performance and service in each region.

 

What you'll need:

  • University degree diploma
  • More than 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in dental equipment or consumable business, with preference given to candidates experienced in dental implant sales
  • Advanced proficiency in digital tools and technologies
  • Comprehensive sales techniques, product knowledge, and market training
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a customer-centric approach
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, combined with excellent organizational and autonomous capabilities
  • Effective communication skills with a willingness to collaborate across borders
  • Exceptional self-organization and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
  • Valid driving license
  • Fluency in French and Dutch is mandatory, with a high level of English proficiency.
