Role Overview
The Video Producer & Editor supports the planning, production, and delivery of both live streams and professional video content across Education and other business functions. This role serves as a primary production resource, managing projects from initial request through production, post-production, and final delivery.
Core Responsibilities
Produce and edit educational, training, marketing, corporate, and event video content.
Manage video projects from pre-production through filming, editing, review, and delivery.
Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other professional production equipment.
Support multi-camera productions, live broadcasts, webinars, and hybrid events.
Coordinate production logistics with internal stakeholders, venues, vendors, and subject-matter experts.
Maintain studio operations, production equipment, media assets, and organized project documentation.
Provide post-production including editing, color, audio, graphics, captions, and basic motion graphics.
Travel as needed to support company events, educational programs, and on-location productions.
Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency through standardized workflows, automation, and emerging technologies.
Ideal Background
3–5+ years of professional video production and editing experience.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
Working knowledge of professional cameras, lighting, audio, live production, and post-production workflows.
Strong project management, communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills.
Comfortable independently managing multiple projects and collaborating across departments.
Corporate, healthcare, medical technology, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus.
