Job Mission:
This role will support the management of the Intellectual Property portfolio and provide broad in-house legal support for medical device commercial transactions. Responsibilities include drafting, analyzing, and reviewing commercial and pricing agreements, education and marketing agreements, vendor and sourcing agreements, supply and distribution agreements, and loan or consignment agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-house legal support for medical device commercial transactions, including contract negotiations, compliance, litigation strategy, and IP management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including commercial and pricing agreements, education and marketing agreements, vendor and sourcing agreements, supply and distribution agreements, and loan/consignment agreements.
- Advise on healthcare compliance, privacy matters, and marketing or sponsorship activities.
- Support IP oversight and collaborate with external counsel on litigation and related matters.
- Provide general corporate legal support and manage related administrative and organizational tasks, advising internal stakeholders, conducting contract negotiations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to litigation strategy.
Profile & Requirements:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with an active US Bar license.
- 6–7 years of professional experience, including law firm and in-house roles, with at least 5 years focused on commercial contracts in life sciences or healthcare.
- Experience in the medical device industry and exposure to IP matters strongly preferred.
- Generalist in-house legal background within a multinational environment, with healthcare law expertise.
- Native English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- High ethical standards, reliability, and a results-oriented mindset.
