About the role:
The Customer Service Representative is part of the administrative back office team. As a vital member of the Customer Service team to provide exceptional service to both external and internal customers. The main objective is to make best use of time by dealing with administrative and operational tasks. The role focus on efficiently managing administrative and operational task to support the Customer Service team.
What you’ll be doing:
Operations
- Assist in daily warehouse procedure
- Filling, Packing and shipping daily orders
- Process incoming inventory with accurate documentation.
- Prepare return request and perform quality checks on returned items.
- Additional tasks as needed.
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
- Address clients inquires and offer support as needed.
- Answer incoming phone calls, giving technical information and/or placing orders into the system;
- Respond to customer requests and solve their issues by providing them with product and service information and serving as liaison between the customer and various departments;
- Enter orders into the system, control stock and back orders & follow up on delivery. Process returned items in order to ensure the clients receive the needed items on time and ensure all processes meet the company’s policies;
- , maintain records, and perform related administrative duties to ensure that all data is accurate;
- Support to finance department in administrative tasks.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in Customer Service- Customer Success..
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Multi-tasking, able to work under pressure.
- Effective time management organization and accuracy skills.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Detailed orientated
- Experience in ERP system .preferably SAP
- High level of English
- Microsoft Office user;
