Job Mission:

Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for ZimVie‘s operations in Israel, plus accounting and tax related operations. To act as an Internal Auditor. To ensure effective credit control is exercised. Supervise the Administrative & IT operations of the subsidiary. Co-piloting the GM, supporting business results, building and implementing new inventory system and upgrading ERP system and maintaining high level of information. Leading in Israel any global projects requirements that affect the local entity. Working with global and regional HQ and collaborating with other functions. The candidate is preferably based closed to our office located in Rosh Haayin.

 

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of statutory accounts.
  • Long Range/Strategic Plans.
  • A regular monthly management report identifying areas of variance vs. budget and where & when necessary take appropriate action to correct.
  • Manage the month end/yearend financial reporting function.
  • Preparation, declaration and reporting of all taxes in Israel (CIT, VAT and any other local taxes)
  • To ensure that the accounts are closed in accordance with:
    • IL accounting procedures
    • US GAPP
    • Company accounting procedures
    • Timely and accurate monthly financial reporting to ZimVie Dental Head Office, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Headcount, etc.
  • Cash Flow reporting and forecasting.
  • Preparation of annual financial plan.
  • Internal audits: Perform according a pre-arranged plan, internal audits of controls and operating systems monitoring against the requirements of Corporate Internal Audits & International Accounting Procedures
  • Manage the company's standard costing system, including standard costs for all products sold by the subsidiary. Analyze variances.
  • To maintain the integrity of all inventory accounting, assist with inventory reconciliation's.
  • Organize and reconcile physical inventory counts twice a year.
  • Credit control: Ensure that all debts are collected on a timely basis, that effective controls are maintained, and that outstanding receivable balances are minimized.
  • Manage all systems development within the finance function.
  • Co-ordinate all requests from ZimVie EMEA HQ, Corporate Dental and parent company

 

 

 

  • Co-ordination of insurance policies reclaims
  • Responsible for all Administrative & IT operations of the subsidiary

 

 

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Must be a CPA, Recognized Professional Accountancy Qualification.
  • At least 5 years professional experience. Preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Management Accounting.
  • Auditing.
  • Good Communicator – Oral / Written.
  • Good Technical Accounting.
  • High numeracy skills essential.
  • Excellent communication skills essential.
  • Problem solving and decision making.
  • IT skills essential, SAP preferred.
  • Team working.
  • Organizational Skills.
  • Working under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team oriented environment.
  • Ability to work well and quickly under pressure, effective time management, organization and prioritizing.
  • Commitment to high standards and quality service.
  • English fluency, both written and spoken.
