Quality Control / Shipping Specialist

Implant Concierge is a rapidly growing (25%+ growth rate) technology and service-based subsidiary company of ZimVie (formerly known as Zimmer Biomet) that provides patient-specific dental implant treatment planning and CAD/CAM surgical solutions for dentists across N. America and Europe.  We design, manufacture, and distribute a comprehensive portfolio of innovative solutions for the dental implant industry.  Candidate will play a vital role in the overall quality control systems, production and shipping process for patient-specific surgical and restorative prosthesis. Job Summary:

Become a team player on the Quality Management Team to ensure that our strict quality control processes are followed and each patient-specific prosthesis is 100% accurate and on-time. 

Quality Management Duties

  • Perform Quality Control on all products in-bound and out-bound products to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Provide excellent customer service experience to verify critical elements both phonetic and email
  • Monthly inventory management of shipping and quality control supplies
  • Assist with final finishing and polishing of patient-specific prosthesis
  • Assist with multiple responsibilities within the department including but not limited to digitization of models, manage commercial 3D printers, finalizing the fabrication and shipping of products

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn multiple computer implant design software programs

Requirements to Apply:

  • High school Diploma with a GPA > 3.0
  • Experience in the dental industry preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook. [This is a 100% digital position!]
