About the Role
We’re looking for an Associate Territory Sales Representative (ATSR) to partner with a Territory or Senior Sales Representative to support and grow our business across key counties in the San Diego area.
This field‑based role is perfect for someone eager to learn, driven by results, and passionate about building relationships with clinicians to make a meaningful impact on patient care.
You’ll be the face of ZimVie in your territory—supporting accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, developing technical expertise, and consistently hitting sales goals.
What You’ll Do
- Build and strengthen relationships with clinicians and key accounts in your assigned territory.
- Execute quarterly sales priorities and commitments to grow market presence.
- Generate new business by calling on and closing opportunities with targeted clinicians.
- Provide ongoing service, follow‑up, and support to accounts, clinicians, and their patients.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and clinical understanding to support customer needs.
What You Bring
Core Competencies
- Strong commitment to compliance with industry regulations, product use, and company SOPs.
- Ability to quickly build technical expertise and communicate clinical value using evidence‑based insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to sales.
- Ability to manage territory plans, track progress, and manage inventory effectively.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of dental or sales experience preferred
- Will consider commensurate education and experience
Travel Requirements
- Up to 95% travel (primarily by car).
- Depending on territory, 0–20% overnight travel and occasional air travel may be required.
