Job Summary
The Senior Accountant is responsible for general accounting functions.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains and update weekly and monthly cash flow actuals and forecasts for Zimvie
- Responsible for monthly closing process to include night of month end closing, required journal entries, adjustments, review upload of financials from Subsidiary ERP system to One Stream and submission
- Prepares assigned balance sheet account reconciliations
- Leads the Annual Vendor Scrub process
- Supports audit requests
- Prepares the annual financial budget and monthly forecasts for Subsidiary to include P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- Prepare Payroll information and submit to Payroll team for processing.
- Coordinate annual issuance of team members end-of-year payroll tax report and filings with the government agency.
- Prepare payroll related journal entries.
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annually sales tax returns
- Initiate new GL accounts requests as needed
- Complete ad-hoc projects and requests as required

Education/Experience Requirements
- B.S. in accounting/finance or related field.
- 3 to 7 years of related accounting experience.
Travel Requirements
Travel not anticipated.
