Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Overall management of education program
    • Dental education courses to practitioners
    • Planning/execution of seminars for dentists, dental technicians and dental hygienists
    • Execute own 30~40 events annually, and 20 collaboration programs with professional group.
  • Mainly dealing with Dental Study Group.
  • Meetings with overseas teams, invitations to overseas KOLs, and payment of remuneration

             

Expected Areas of Competence

 

  • English: TOEIC score 800 or above business level
  • Strong communication skill

 

Preferred Education/ Experience Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Experience working with foreign counterparts
  • Experience managing events in the healthcare industry

 

Travel Requirements/ Others

 

  • Domestic and international travel is required for this role.
    • Weekends: 2 or 3 times a month on Saturdays and Sundays for events. Compensatory time off is available.
    • Accompanying overseas business trips for cadaver course once or twice a year
  • Business meals with seminar lecturers are provided once or twice a month.
